SHIPPING INFORMATION

MINOAR ships globally via premium courier company – DHL Express Worldwide & DPD Europe.
Please note that DHL/DPD may not be available in all regions. Upon checkout fill your address to see available shipping methods.

All orders are dispatched from 1 to 5 days /during busy period/ and delivered with DHL Express or DPD to your door unless otherwise stated. Deliveries take from 2 to 5 days depending on your location when dispatched with DHL Express.

COMPLIMENTARY FREE & EXPRESS DELIVERY

MINOAR offers Express DHL priority delivery /2-5 work days/ and free worldwide DHL Express /5-8 work days/ upon checkout. Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM. DHL Express is available worldwide with few exceptions.

Russian Federation – DHL delivery requires all shipments to include a company name. Delivery is only possible if a company name is provided. No additional taxes or documents are needed. Company name can be provided upon checkout. For questions related to delivery to Russia contact us directly at store@minoar.com. Alternative delivery to Russian Federation is PostOne & EMS Post courier service.

The shipment period begins with the placing of the order at the courier agency. Keep into consideration that some countries may limit the delivery of certain elements. MINOAR isn’t responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. After placing the order you will receive successful confirmation e-mail with the information of the order. Within 1-4 days you will receive tracking & delivery information including a tracking code and a link to see your item location and progress.

VAT INCLUDED: Custom Taxes & duties are included worldwide:

MINOAR aims to provide best customer satisfaction and all taxes & duties are included in the price of the goods you purchase. Custom duties, taxes and fees are included in the stated prices for all countries outside European Union. If for any reason taxes or fees are applied to your delivery parcel, please contact us at info@minoar.com.In case the order wasn’t shipped successfully because of incorrect information, provided by the customer (contact number, address, etc.) of if the customer doesn’t accept the shipment, the shipping is still at the expense of the customer. We will keep the sum for the shipping expenses (the returning of the product as well) from the total order sum.

RETURN PROCESS:

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their experience at MINOAR. Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered goods, you have the right to return or exchange the purchased items within 14 days after the arrival of the goods. Items must be returned in the same condition and state as received.

Follow the steps below to return your purchase via DHL:
1. Email us at store@minoar.com to clarify whether you wish to exchange or return items.
2. Provide us with information which item/s you would like to exchange/return
3. Next we will prepare the return waybill and documents for the return package.
4. Once we email you the return waybill, kindly arrange your parcel courier pickup online at www.dhl.com or leave the return package in the nearest DHL drop off service point.
5. Remove all previous labels and prepare the new pick up label to your package.
6. Pack the return items only in DHL Express flyer bags – such bags can be provided by DHL representative courier or at your local DHL drop-off service point.
7. Once we receive and examine the items, we will process any further steps /exchanges or returns/.

EXCHANGES:

Minoár offers order exchange free of charge. You may exchange your order for another size or for another item from all available online.

Multiple, consecutive back & forth exchanges returned in case of a refund are possible and all delivery fees are covered by the customer. A flat rate shipping fee of 20€ applies for each delivery from & to MINOÁR.

All exchanges are handled by DHL Express. To inquiry a waybill please refer ‘Return Process’ or reach out to our customer support.

RETURN POLICY

The return and/or replacement of items purchased is affected under the following conditions:
You must notify MINOAR of your intention to return or to replace an item purchased, and you must send a request for return or replacement of a particular item at the electronic address stated: store@minoar.com

You have the right to return or exchange the purchased items within 14 days after the arrival of the goods. The effective arrival of the goods date equivalents to the ‘Delivered’ status of the corresponding DHL waybill.

Items must be returned in the same condition and state as received.Any claim, return and/or replacement of items beyond these periods will not be accepted.

RETURN FEE

International return flat rate fee – 20 €

The value of all successfully returned items, which satisfy the conditions for return of items stated above, will be refunded to the account of the user after deducting the flat rate fee of 20€ for all return & refund purchases. In cases of an exchange item delivery is free of charge globally.

WHAT IS THE RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

International customers have 14 days to return items back to us after we confirm the return process. For the moment we are not able to offer free global delivery for return & refund order.

You can choose to cancel your Order within 14 days of the DHL Delivered date event provided.

We only offer a refund of the charges if you cancel the Order within the 14 days of the DHL Delivered date event.
We shall not offer a refund if you do not complete the Return & Exchanges policy.

WHEN REFUND ARE RECEIVED BACK?

For all international deliveries, please allow up to 5-10 days for your package to reach us, then a further 5-7 working days for refunds & exchanges to be processed. This time period can be shorter depending on the return delivery via the courier company.
