SHIPPING INFORMATION
MINOAR ships globally via premium courier company – DHL Express.
Please note that DHL may not be available in all regions. Upon checkout fill your address to see available shipping methods.
All orders are dispatched from 1 to 5 days /during busy period/ and delivered with DHL Express or PostOne to your door unless otherwise stated. Deliveries take from 1 to 4 days depending on your location when dispatched with DHL Express.
COMPLIMENTARY FREE & EXPRESS DELIVERY
MINOAR offers Express DHL delivery /2-4 work days/ and free worldwide DHL Express /5-8 work days/ upon checkout. Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM. DHL Express is available worldwide with few exceptions.
Russian Federation – DHL delivery requires all shipments to include a company name. Delivery is only possible if a company name is provided. No additional taxes or documents are needed. Company name can be provided upon checkout. For questions related to delivery to Russia contact us directly at [email protected] Alternative delivery to Russian Federation is PostOne & EMS Post courier service.
The shipment period begins with the placing of the order at the courier agency. Keep into consideration that some countries may limit the delivery of certain elements. MINOAR isn’t responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. After placing the order you will receive successful confirmation e-mail with the information of the order. Within 1-4 days you will receive tracking & delivery information including a tracking code and a link to see your item location and progress.
VAT INCLUDED: Custom Taxes & duties are included worldwide:

MINOAR aims to provide best customer satisfaction and all taxes & duties are included in the price of the goods you purchase. Custom duties, taxes and fees are included in the stated prices for all countries outside European Union. If for any reason taxes or fees are applied to your delivery parcel, please contact us at [email protected] case the order wasn’t shipped successfully because of incorrect information, provided by the customer (contact number, address, etc.) of if the customer doesn’t accept the shipment, the shipping is still at the expense of the customer. We will keep the sum for the shipping expenses (the returning of the product as well) from the total order sum.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their experience at MINOAR. Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered goods, you have the right to return or exchange the purchased items within 14 days after the arrival of the goods. Items must be returned in the same condition and state as received. Exchanges are free of charge and the cost of return will be deducted from your refund. Follow the steps below to return your purchase via DHL or send us direct email with your order number:
1. Email us at [email protected] to clarify whether you wish to exchange or return items.
2. Provide us with information which item/s you would like to exchange/return and the suitable working day you would like DHL courier to visit you and collect the package.
3. Print out your pick up label and documents, which we will forward to you. DHL will get in touch with you in order to make arrangements at your convenience.
4. Remove all previous labels and prepare the new pick up label to your package.
5. Pack the return items only in DHL Express flyer bags – such bags can be provided by DHL representative courier or at your local DHL drop-off service point.
6. Once we receive and examine the items, we will process any further steps /exchanges or returns/.
Exchanges are free of charge and the cost of return will be deducted from your refund. The return cost is a flat rate fee of 15€.
